Like construction management, Construction Observation is an ongoing service that facilitates your project being built the way it was intended. Our staff monitors your project on a continuous basis and act as your representative with various contractors, subs and others involved in your project. They work to ensure that plans and schedules are adhered too, and work is done in a cost-effective manner. We provide periodic written reviews, site visits, job conference leadership and payment review.
