H. Edward Black and Associates, P.C. employs licensed Landscape Architects, licensed Civil Engineers, Land Planning Technicians, Engineering Technicians, CAD Designers, and Administrative and Marketing personnel.

Our licensed personnel have active Landscape Architecture registrations in one or more of the following states: Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Virginia, and New Jersey. The Council of Landscape Architectural Board Registration (CLARB) registers Mr. H. E. Black. And, our Professional Engineers are actively registered in Pennsylvania.
